Edison Cavani’s last minute equaliser allowed Palermo to have a share of the points away to minnows Lecce. Cacia had put the Giallorossi ahead on 21 minutes after some great team play saw the final pass come to the player who slotted the ball away. It was a game of two halves, with Lecce easily the better side in the first half, while Palermo turned on the quality in the second period with a display that earned them a valuable away point.
