According to the latest rumours that are being churned out, Udinese winger Alexis Sanchez appears to be a target for Manchester United.
According to reports on The Times, the winger is being touted to replace Cristiano Ronaldo at Old Trafford and take over the duties on one of the flanks. The link to the Red Devils is an old one, as the player’s representatives had said that the Premier League club was considering signing the pint sized youngster at the end of last season.
Presently, it appears unclear if the interest is a strong one. But there could be some truth to this, since Sanchez has the ability to play as a striker as well. This would mildly help the cause of the Red Devils in their hunt for a young forward, as it appears that Macheda is being chased by many of the big names on the continent.
