Seedorf Will Stay

July 1st, 2009

Written by Adithya Ananth

As the managerial change at Milan has seen some stars wanting to either follow the former boss Carlo Ancelotti, or leave to greener pastures, it was rumoured that Clarence Seedorf may look to go back to his home country where he was being pursued by Eredivisie heavyweights Ajax.

Presently, the Godenzonen boss Martin Jol has failed to convince the star to return to his home country. Seedorf has said that while the Amsterdam based club remains special for him, he is not done playing abroad yet. The player hinted on finishing the remaining two years of his contract with the Diavolo.
