Napoli have been very active on the transfer market in recent times. This has been proven by the fact that they have signed Austrian international Erwin Hoffer from Rapid Vienna.
According to Tuttonapoli, the move has made the Austrian club richer by €5.5 million. Hoffer has signed a five-year contract Partenopei. This signing further contributes to the revolution of youth at the Azzurri, since the player is only 22-years-old.
“Rapid will always have a place in my heart, but I am very happy with this transfer to a great club like Napoli,” Hoffer is quoted on Napoli 24 as saying.
The striker performed admirably for Hutteldorfer last season, making 34 league appearances and bagging 27 goals in the process.
