A sensational brace by Marco Borriello gave Milan all three points at the San Siro against a high flying Parma side whose efforts went down in vain.
The Rossoneri began the game on a positive note and got the go-ahead goal a little after 10 minutes owing to some superb play by Ronaldinho, who eventually sent a defence splitting pass to Borriello to coolly put the ball past the keeper.
Dida put out a brave display on numerous occasions to deny the visitors, but the Diavoli were the dominant force throughout.
Borriello added to his tally deep into stoppage time to ensure a certain victory for Leonardo and his men, who moved into fourth place following the three-point outing at home.
