Juventus To Bring Reinforcements In January

euro poundJuventus are currently in third place and still harbour hope of challenging Inter for the league title. The squad at Ciro Ferrara’s disposal has faced a number of injuries in the past, and reinforcements are believed to be the need of the hour.

The names linked with the club have been mostly defensive players, with Bayern Munich’s Philipp Lahm the latest player to be mentioned as a possible transfer target. Juve president Jean-Claude Blanc hinted at possible new signings, but refused to give specific names as he told Tuttosport the management is focusing on building for the future.

Recently, Real Madrid Royston Drenthe was mentioned as a possible January transfer, according to il Corriere dello Sport, sincet the Dutchman has found it difficult to claim a starting role with Los Galacticos.

The Bianconeri have been scoring goals yet the defensive department has caused some concerns with its inconsistency and untimely lapses.
