Juventus will be looking to sell Portuguese midfielder Tiago after he failed to impress during his stint in Turin despite the considerable sum spent on signing him, according to Tuttosport.
It is believed that the Bianconeri management will use the money from his sale and the savings resulting from his salary to purchase a new defender, as things have looked shaky at the back.
The Turin based newspaper claims the club aims to put Tiago up for sale during the January transfer window, so as to bring in one of the many rumoured defensive targets to the club.
The right-back position has been an area of concern for coach Ciro Ferrara, as Frenchman Jonathan Zebina is often injured or unfit, while Zdenek Grygera has not impressed and Martin Caceres has been inconsistent since his loan move from Barcelona.
