Matteo-Brighi-Roma-BordeauxWeather played spoilsport as four games were postponed, but the games that did take place were just as interesting as things have been in recent weeks.

Juventus continued their terrible form to lose 2-1 to Catania and make it five losses in six games. The travellers took the lead through a penalty, but the Bianconeri managed to claw their way back into the game and score during the second period through Hasan Salihamidzic. But the day was going to end on a sour note, as Juve were caught flat-footed on a counterattack, which saw Mariano Izco hit the back of the net. Throughout the game, the tifosi protested and at times there was more action off the pitch, than on it.

Roma have miraculously clawed their way back into a Champions League spot following a 2-0 victory over Parma. Their turnaround under Claudio Ranieri has been one to admire, since their disastrous start to the season prompted many to believe that the club were going to crumble under their financial troubles, which had cast a dark cloud over the future. However, their response has been swift, and goals from Nicolas Burdisso and Matteo Brighi ensured a win over the Ducali.

Here are the results:

Inter 1-0 Lazio
Juventus 1-2 Catania
Livorno 3-1 Sampdoria
Napoli 2-0 Chievo
Palermo 1-0 Siena
Roma 2-0 Parma
